This policy explains how BG AUTOMATION, operated by BG Care / Beaurev Global, handles information when authorised administrators use our Facebook app to create and manage Facebook Page posts.
1. Information we handle
Depending on the permissions you grant and the task you request, the app may access Facebook account or administrator identifiers, Page names and IDs, granted permissions, and Page content such as post text, images, videos, post IDs and publishing status. Access tokens are used to authenticate authorised actions. We may also keep operational records needed to diagnose errors and maintain the service.
The current app is for Page posts and Page management. It does not request access to private customer messages, customer contact lists, or customer comments. Information you email us may include your name, email address and the details of your request.
2. How we use information
We use information to connect the Pages you authorise, create or manage the posts you request, confirm publishing results, troubleshoot problems, protect access, and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not use Facebook app data to sell personal information or build unrelated advertising profiles.
3. Service providers and sharing
Facebook/Meta processes information through its platform and API. Depending on the authorised workflow, providers such as Google Drive and OpenAI may process information for storage or AI-assisted automation. Cloudflare hosts this policy page and may process technical connection information, including IP addresses and request logs, for delivery and security. These providers may process information outside Malaysia and have their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law.
This policy page does not include advertising trackers, an analytics script, or a form that collects your information. Opening this page does not send it your Facebook or Cloudflare access token.
4. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed for the authorised service, troubleshooting, security, or applicable legal requirements. Access tokens are sensitive credentials and should never be included in public posts or privacy requests. We use reasonable access controls and safeguards; no system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Your choices and data deletion
You can revoke the app's Facebook permissions through your Facebook account or business settings. Revoking access stops future authorised access but does not automatically remove records already held by us or delete posts already published on Facebook.
To request access, correction or deletion of information held by BG AUTOMATION, email ea@beaurev.com with the subject BG AUTOMATION – Data Deletion (or describe your other privacy request). Include the relevant Page name or ID and what you want removed. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We will verify your authority and respond, explaining any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons. Facebook's own copies and published content remain subject to Facebook's controls and policies.

本应用目前用于专页帖子及专页管理，不申请访问客户私人消息、客户联系人名单或客户评论。您通过电子邮件联系我们时，提供的信息可能包括姓名、邮箱地址及请求详情。
2. 信息的用途
我们使用这些信息来连接您授权的专页、创建或管理您要求的帖子、确认发布结果、排查问题、保障访问安全，以及回应服务或隐私请求。我们不会利用 Facebook 应用数据出售个人信息，或建立与服务无关的广告画像。
3. 服务提供商及信息共享
Facebook/Meta 通过其平台和 API 处理信息。根据获授权的工作流程，Google Drive、OpenAI 等服务提供商可能为存储或 AI 辅助自动化处理相关信息。Cloudflare 托管本政策页面，并可能为页面传输及安全目的处理 IP 地址、请求日志等技术连接信息。这些服务提供商可能在马来西亚境外处理信息，并有各自的隐私政策。我们也可能在法律要求时披露信息。
本政策页面不包含广告追踪器、分析脚本或收集信息的表单。打开本页面不会将您的 Facebook 或 Cloudflare 访问令牌发送给本页面。
4. 信息保存及安全
我们仅在获授权的服务、故障排查、安全或适用法律要求所需的期间内保存信息。访问令牌属于敏感凭证，请勿将其放入公开帖子或隐私请求中。我们采用合理的访问控制及保护措施，但任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。
5. 您的选择及数据删除
您可以通过 Facebook 账户或业务设置撤销本应用的权限。撤销权限将停止未来的获授权访问，但不会自动删除我们已经保存的记录，也不会删除已在 Facebook 发布的帖子。
如需查阅、更正或删除 BG AUTOMATION 保存的信息，请发送邮件至 ea@beaurev.com，主题注明 BG AUTOMATION – Data Deletion（或说明其他隐私请求）。请提供相关专页名称或 ID，并说明希望删除哪些信息。请勿发送密码或访问令牌。我们会核实您的授权身份并回复；如有因法律或安全原因必须保留的信息，我们会作出说明。Facebook 自行保存的副本及已发布内容仍受 Facebook 的管理方式及政策约束。
